Shipping information

Every subscription includes free standard shipping, including the 2-bag pack.

One-time orders of $75 USD or more also ship free by standard shipping. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout. We offer standard shipping only.

30-day returns

You may request a return of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, email coobberus@coobberpet.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us before shipping any items back so we can provide the return address and instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will confirm refund eligibility and notify you of the outcome.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us for assistance. This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
